Book Launch with Tarriona “Tank” Ball

The Garden District Book Shop is honored to present award-winning musician Tarriona “Tank” Ball, frontrunner of her band Tank and the Bangas, to celebrate the release of her debut poetry collection, Vulnerable AF.

In-person tickets are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. In-person tickets include entrance to the event & discussion, 1 signed copy of, Vulnerable AF, the opportunity to have Ball personalize her book, and snack and drinks provided by Garden District Book Shop. This event will adhere to all CDC, state, and city guidelines. Masks are mandatory.

In-town and out-of-town virtual tickets are also available. Virtual tickets include tele-access to the discussion (including the opportunity to ask questions) and 1 signed copy of Vulnerable AF. In-town tickets require book pick up at The Garden District Book Shop. Out-of-town tickets include Media Mail shipping within the United States. Ticket holders will receive a dedicated email with a link to participate on the day of the event.

Tarriona “Tank” Ball is a national award-winning New Orleans based slam poet. She is a Grammy-nominated recording artist with her band Tank and the Bangas.
